Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) for Anxiety

In this session, you have an opportunity to talk about the challenges that you're facing. I will then work with you to develop a tapping practice that you can do at home based on your current fears and anxiety. This practice can be altered at any time based on your current problems. After the tapping session, we will focus on solutions to the challenges. Tapping is based on acupuncture concepts, only there is no involvement of needles. Unlike using positive affirmations or mantras alone, tapping is confronting the issue, releasing it, and then implementing positive thoughts and feelings in its place rather than tricking the mind into positive thoughts without releasing the denser energy beforehand. This is why tapping can be so effective. It helps to release the problem from your human energy field. You will have a packet to go home with to reference.
